There is a certain kind of man who goes out whatever it is doing outside. The dog still needs walking, the car still needs scraping, and Saturday on the touchline does not get cancelled for a bit of wind. Malcolm is the coat for him. It goes on over whatever you are already wearing, zips up to the chin, and lets you get on with the morning without giving the forecast another thought.
